The starting point is a visible, tangible goal that is important to members of each operational work unit. We find that a time-bound goal is most effective.

STRUCTURED
Our experience shows that the more structured the process, the easier it is to use. As participants develop their skills and awareness, we work with them to co-facilitate their own process then we become coaches.
